1. The Plaintiff is granted leave to serve Mr. Scheiris and 13288069 B.C. LTD. with the Notice of Civil Claim, the order of Mr. Justice G. P. Weatherill, and a copy of this order, and any documents which may be required to serve personally in this proceeding by substituted service which shall be effected by: 1) sending the documents regular mail to 13054 Ray Road, Kelowna, British Columbia, V1X 7K4
2) by regular mail to Business Law Group 302 - 540 Lawrence Avenue, Kelowna, British Columbia, VIY 6L7 3) via email to sandy.scheiris@gmail.com and at 1328806ltd@gmail.com 4) by sending the documents as an attachment to Mr. Sheliris Facebook account by Facebook Messenger . The Plaintiff is entitle to use these methods of service until such time as the defendant files a document in it containing an address for service.
2. Service sent to Mr Sheirris in accordance with this order is deemed effective: 1) by email and Facebook attachment as of the date it was sent and 2) regular mail 7 days after the date it was mailed.

ALBERTA GOVERNMENT Director's order imposed on Sandy Maurice George Scheiris and Nulook Builders Inc. to cease entering into prepaid contracts with residential consumers until the licensing requirements have been met, to cease doing or saying anything that might reasonably deceive or mislead a consumer, and to cease any representation that the supplier has a sponsorship, approval, status, qualification, affiliation or connection that the supplier does not have.

Scheiris then goes on to say he's out of the country.

"I find the (Scheiris) being out of the country does not mean the applicant is not entitled to an order for a proven debt claim," the Tribunal ruled.

Sandy Scheiris is charismatic but by his action, seems to have no character or integrity. And so, here's another potential victim, just waiting to happen. She's oblivious...

It's alleged that poor Rebecca cashed in $30k worth of RRSP to support Sandy...I mean Randy! lolol

She can't see it yet but when she no longer serves a purpose, Sandy will kick her to the curb...facts!

GOOGLE REVIEW Terrible company to deal with. Sent in workers to tile a tub surround who have never tiled before. Poor quality workmanship. They deviated from a written service agreement. Would not use the material agreed to in the Service Agreement. They had to do the work over again multiple times it was done so poorly. We requested 36sqft of infloor heating, they lied to the BBB saying they installed 21sqft, we tore up the floor to find out they only put in 12sqft. It doesn't take a genius to notice their reviews are either 1 star or 5.

GOOGLE REVIEW What a horrible company, do not deal with these crooks. I was quoted a price of $1750 and agreed and in less then a week when I was paying for it the price went up $500 plus it still had to be painted. Good luck with these guy they are terrible to work and deal with.

GOOGLE REVIEW Do not go anywhere near this company for anything. They expect to have services completed for nothing. They will absolutely stiff you on the bill when it comes time to pay, and ignore your calls or hang up on you. There are many of us in the same situation just trying to collect what is owed to us from performing a job they asked for. Very unprofessional and rude. Go anywhere but here!!!

GOOGLE REVIEW This interaction has been so bad. They had a fire in December and called a Company to do the cleanup which would have been covered under their insurance claim but keep lying about paying them. Check is in the mail, doing a e-transfer, ignore phone calls, put off put off. Truth goes a long way and earns more respect so just pay your bills or have a conversation about it.

Does absolutely terrible work, doesnt pay employees, lies like nobodys business, but not good at it, labor board investigated him on my behalf and awarded me all he owed me. This fellow is a terrible human being, and and his wife seems to be his driving evil force. Theres no talking to that woman and she fights all his battles. As soon as things start going south, he sends in his pit bull wife L A U R A to take care of his lack of business knowledge and make excuses blaming anyone and everyone to deflect the situation. This is hands down, the most unprofessional business Ive ever had dealings with. Save yourself a ton of regret and frustration by not hiring or working for this charlatan, nothing good would ever come from it.

Please, be careful if you are dealing with this company and DO NOT give them ANY money in advance, the company is not authorized to take money in advance and you don't want to be in my situation, where I paid the full amount and the work is not completed and the part which is done is done veryyyy poorly.

I have retracted my original review. The subcontractors were amazing and we were happy with it. Except after final payment LDR construction never came back to finish the final aspects of the job. Sandy never answered emails after he received my cheque. I should have withheld it. I had to pay more to get the subcontractor to return to finish, because they hadn't even been paid yet. I hope we don't have to retain a lawyer. I highly recommend Bear Paw Earthworks. Wonderful people.
